We offer Mitel's Tele 365 solution in three different service packages: SOLO, DUO and TOTAL. In addition there is a Contact Center verison of the solution.

SOLO

Solo service package includes:

  • User specific account in Mitel Tele 365 system as Saas (Software as a Service) service - your organization don't need your own servers in use. 
  • Mobile applications in Finnish for smartphones with Apple (iOS), Android and Windows Phone operating systems (Blackberry also supported) 
  • Wired or portable user option for phone and Softphone software option for PC devices. 
  • Phone inbox and conference calls for max. 8 participants.

Duo service package includes:

  • In addition: adding two units to the same subnumber

    • Other users' status information and a chat function with a mobile app

OTHER FUNCTIONALITY POSSIBLE TO ADD ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS 

Mitel Tele365 solution includes countless functions that can be added for the customer's needs. These are for example: 

  • Automatic switchboard operator
  • Upfront defined call receiver groups (in which group will the incoming call rings first etc.) 
  • Queuing of calls
  • Video and audio call creation with a password (cf.. Skype for Business/MS Lync, Webex, GoTo Meeting)

In addition the solution has available the Contact Center version, which is meant for organization responsible for customer service.
