SmartConsulting, developed by Smartphone Solutions, is a consultancy model that can be used to create a mobile strategy to support the (business) goals of an organisation. In a SmartConsulting project, we will first evaluate the organisation’s current mobility situation through interviews and cost/benefit/risk analyses as well as identifying potential data security risks. We will then produce an outline of how to reach the target state in mobility. At the end of the mobile project, we will measure its effectiveness.
Our strategy model will provide your organisation with:
• an interview report and conclusions
• a comprehensive description of the mobile strategy and its processes, all the way from the purchase of mobile devices to switching, servicing and eventually terminating them
• instructions for end-users, with data security and cost risks taken into account
• mobile investment profit and loss account based on, for example, interviews with IT administrators and end-users
